"I have a raging torrent of responsibility that gushes out of me at all moments." so says my husband. That has shaped much of my life and career.

I once planned a career in fashion. After my dad died from colon cancer when I was 17, I saw how access to care can determine outcomes. That realization led me to law school with a goal of improving healthcare, and much of my work has focused on public health and patient experience.

My own health journey has also shaped how I build my life and work. Learning to live well with complex challenges is something I’m proud of, and I share it to help others do the same.

Too many attorneys only create sustainable careers after burnout forces change. Through The Wellness Esquire, my goal is to shift the profession toward valuing the connection between well-being and performance — and to build a community that helps lawyers thrive.
